RTW Board of Directors - Rebuilding Together Worcester

The RTW program is coordinated by a group of local, volunteer, business and civic leaders. The coordinating group is made up of Board and Executive Committee members that each have specific responsibilities toward the goal of rebuilding, each April, several low income and elderly properties in Worcester, Massachusetts.

The Board meets monthly to provide managing direction for RTW and coordinate and pace the activities of the Executive Committee members.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee members coordinate specific tasks and programs under the RTW Board. Executive Committee members are encouraged to form their own working teams, meeting with and apart from the Board as Rebuilding Day (third week in April) approaches. The Executive Committee and Board meet approximately every other month throughout the year; Executive Committe members meet otherwise on an as-needed basis.
