Dear Volunteer,

Spring is fast approaching, and that means that warmer weather and Rebuilding Together Worcester 2009 are just around the corner.

Due to the success of our events over the past couple of years, we have decided to format this year in the same way, meaning 3 days of exciting volunteer opportunities.

Mark these dates in your calendar now: Rebuilding Weekend 2009 will be Friday, April 17; Saturday, April 18; and Sunday, April 19.

On Friday, we will need volunteers in the afternoon for a half-day of set-up, preparation and other activities. Saturday will be the big day when most of the work on the homes will be done. We will divide the day into morning and afternoon shifts and volunteers will be able to choose to come for one shift, or for the entire day. Lunch will be provided for everyone on Saturday, even those coming for just a half day. Then on Sunday afternoon we will provide another half-day of opportunities to help complete the projects and add some finishing touches. This schedule provides you with four separate times during which you can help. A registration form for RTW 2009 is now available in the "Get Involved" section of our website, www.rebuildingtogetherworcester.org.

Please contact me if you are interested in serving as a House Captain or a Team Captain to lead a group of volunteers, or if you are interested in helping with planning, publicity or fundraising leading up to the event. And for those of you who would love to help but simply don't have time, we also greatly appreciate financial contributions to help keep Rebuilding Together going strong.

For more information, I can be reached at Joshua.Aiello@mcphs.edu, or via phone at (508)373-5613.

Thank you for your continuing interest in Rebuilding Together Worcester.

Sincerely,

Josh Aiello
